ELIS Murcia had the privilege of hosting over 60 leaders from international schools in Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Greece at a key gathering of Cognita’s School Improvement Network (SIN). The meeting, which took place over two days at our Buenavista and Montevida campuses, reinforces the group’s commitment to high-quality education and continuous improvement across all its schools.

During the event, participants shared best practices and discussed pedagogical strategies focused on learning monitoring and evaluation, inclusive teaching, learning cycles, language support, student and staff leadership, among others. Among the highlighted speakers were Dr Simon Camby, Group Chief Education Officer, and Germà Rigau, Managing Director for Continental Europe, alongside other leaders from the organisation.

Being part of Cognita means belonging to a global educational community, where the exchange of experiences and the analysis of improvement projects have a direct impact on the quality of teaching and learning, benefiting the entire school community. This gathering highlights the importance of working together to maintain the highest educational standards and continue offering transformative experiences across all schools in the group.
