Welcome to El Limonar International School Murcia

Since 1990, El Limonar International School Murcia has been a beacon of educational excellence, offering a British international curriculum to students aged 3 – 18, aligned with the National Curriculum for England and Wales.

Our International Advanced Level examinations (A-Levels) and Spanish Bachillerato provide students with dual official qualifications which allow them to succeed in the university of their choice.

Get to know our Executive Director, Vanessa Grimward

With extensive experience and a passion for education, Principal Vanessa Grimward, MEd, brings a wealth of knowledge to El Limonar International School Murcia. Her leadership embodies a commitment to fostering holistic growth and a dynamic learning environment for students.

Excellent British international education for students aged 3 to 18

Outstanding academic results

Each year, our students achieve the highest scores in the region in university entrance exams (14 out of 14), and 40% of graduates exceed an average score of 12.

80% of the school day is taught in English, and our students take the Cambridge Advanced English (CAE / C1) and Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE / C2) examinations during Secondary and Sixth Form. In addition, they graduate fluent in a third language (German, French or Chinese), for which they can also obtain external official certification.

We combine language proficiency with dual Spanish and British international official qualifications, as well as the skills needed to succeed in life.
